Friends have been using Sal for years and are very happy with him. I have a lot of landscaping and many palms that really needed a good cleaning, and an area that we decided to change. I met him Tuesday and he took his time surveying everything carefully and listened to my concerns and opinions. After he gave me a very fair quote, we planned on starting the next day. His crew was incredible. They worked the entire day, did a beautiful job, and left my yard, patio and driveway in pristine condition. Not only that, they came back the next day to address the area we wanted to change. Again, beautifully done and left neatly.

I find it hard to believe that the reviews on Google are speaking of the same company that I just dealt with recently. My business was directly with Lance Comstock the owner of PTI Security, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular! Lance allowed me to tour the facility, introduced me to his staff, and thoroughly explained why his products and services were superior to his competitors. It does not take long to see that Lance is very passionate about his business and is quite an innovator. In the past few months I have conducted three separate transactions with this company, and have been floored by their level of expertise on all levels. Lance is an honest, hard working guy, and his company is absolutely set up to be proactive if a problem is to arise. My experience was great. and I highly recommend this company to all who need their services and products.
I have a security installation company. PTI Security products are top of the line, and the support from PTI is excellent. What you get is direct support from real company employees, with a solid background in the product. When we do a support request ticket, PTI personnel respond within a few minutes to a couple of hours. We pay a nominal, annual fee for preferred support, but even without that, they respond as quickly as possible. Try getting that level of support from any other major company, especially considering that PTI offers support free of charge, long after the product warranty has expired. They have pride in their products, and commitment to their customers. In my opinion, there is no better value in the industry.

They just worked on 2 of my residences and I was amazed at the quality of work that they did. Sal is easy to communicate with and replies very quickly, and his crew delivered on the clean-up job of my properties, turning them from unkept messes to gorgeous yards once again since my old company had closed without any warning, leaving many weeks of no care and me wondering what was going on. Every single weed plucked. Lawn is perfect. Plants taken care of and trimmed. He also has great advice and I will be using them to landscape around my new pool and re-do my sprinkler system in the near future. I could not be more relieved to have called this company. Me and 3 others from my company, went to PTI Systems dealer/installer training at there Asheville, NC office Feb 25-26. From the moment we walked in to the time we walked out there was nothing but positive hospitality, professionalism. One day dedicated to PTI Systems and the next to Digitech Systems. The level of knowledge from all 3 trainers, Elmer, David and Robert was awesome. I have been installing both PTI and Digitech for 20 years and had the luxury of working for PTI for 5, this training was an awesome refresher course for us who have been doing it for a long time but also a benefit to any new technician learning these systems for the first time. Its hard to condense the amount of info that is available on these systems in one day but considering the amount they covered in one day, they did a great job and it's hands on, they don't just talk at you and its not a sales seminar. The only downside in the small training rooms, but its manageable. If the opportunity comes you way jump at the chance to take the training.
